On November 1, 2009, the recently revised Chapter 273, which is the Town's Solid Waste Ordinance, takes effect.

The major changes to the ordinance include significant revisions to the definition section and new language regarding the placement of bulky waste at the curb, including provisions for addressing parcels that violate this ordinance.
